We will accept the return of items within 4 days of the date it was received, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.   A credit will be issued to the customer minus shipping costs, once we have received the return.

Manufacturer Defects

Some of our products are hand-painted, antiqued, weathered, or distressed. These products, particularly wood and ceramic products, have many character differences, including but not limited to inclusions, grains, knots, and some color variations. Therefore, natural variations do occur and should be expected and are not considered damaged or defective.
